To all my mothers out there

I just had the best FaceTime session with my wonderful family and I wanted to put up a quick post to tell all of my sisters and nieces out there happy Mother's Day. To bring a child into this world is a huge responsibility and a life long commitment. But I sit here in Afghanistan thousands of miles from home and the joy my family brings me is something that you just can't explain. I hope everyone had an enjoyable day and I hope all of you were able to spend it with your Moms and children. I look forward to being able to be at home next year to spend this day with all of mine. Life is short, every day is a gift and it should be treated as such. So for all the Moms out there, I hope your day was wonderful. And to the newest Mom in our family away from home in California congratulations to the three of you. Cindy I am sure that new Grandmother is so excited and all ready planing her next trip to see you guys. I will see you all soon and I can't wait to be home with all of you. Night all
